See how to decorate a head table with illuminated linens. This new shot in our photo gallery is from wedding consultant Melanie Urbano of A Wedding To Remember, Madera, CA. In decorating our colonnade arch system, Melanie had one of the brightest ideas we’ve seen.

Send us a picture showing how you’re using our products and we’ll post it in our online Photo Gallery with your name and a link to your Web site. Email high resolution photos to paul@modroto.com with a brief description of the setup.

Disney Features Columns, Pedestals In
High School Musical

While crazed fans of Disney’s surprise blockbuster “High School Musical” were wondering how the star Gabriella would get out of the Scholastic Decathlon long enough to sing with teen heartthrob Zac Efron, we could only see the pedestals and columns that decorated the scene.

Disney’s set decorators established a Greek theme for the Olympic-style academic competition in an ordinary classroom with a series of white columns and pedestals. Their presence set a tone that would have made Socrates proud.

Columns reaching 72 inches and 48 inches high with Scamozzi Capitals plus a 30-inch pedestal with a square base topped with a classic square pedestal capital were shown throughout the scene.
